Clare's Piment d'Ville Easy Grill Rub
This easy to make grill rub stores well and is a perfect addition to the protein of your choice! Store any extra in an airtight container to preserve freshness and taste.
1 T ground coriander
1 T ground mustard
1 T garlic powder
2 tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp sugar (optional)
Stir all ingredients together and store in an airtight container or jar. To use, sprinkle liberally on your protein of choice prior to cooking.
