Our Citrus and Chile Marmalade is the perfect mix of sweet and savory and works great as the base for this sweet chile sauce.

1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped

-
1/4 Cup soy sauce

1/4 cup green onion, sliced

Directions
In a large skillet, heat the oil until smoking hot. Add the garlic and ginger and toss until they are lightly brown, about 1 minute.
Add the onion and peppers and continue cooking over medium-high heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook until just done, about 3 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the marmalade and soy sauce.
Pour the marmalade mixture over the shrimp. Bring to a boil then remove from heat.
Add the green onions and serve with rice.
