This salami is made by Fatted Calf in Napa, CA and is boldly seasoned with California ingredients including red wine, fennel pollen, and, of course, Piment d'Ville. They source pork from small family farms and only use the highest quality ingredients. It's perfect on a cheese plate, sliced thin on pizza, or as an afternoon snack.
