The umami of the seaweed and the mild heat of Piment d'Ville pair perfectly to balance the crunchy onions and garlic with the grilled corn's sweetness.
Ingredients
For the Corn

6 ears of sweet corn, shucked

Olive oil
-
Up to 6 Tbsp Everyday Seasoning
-
2 scallions, chopped

A handful of cilantro, chopped
Directions
Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for a medium high heat. Lightly oil the grates.
Brush ears of corn with olive oil and season with 1 Tbsp of Everyday Seasoning.
Place corn on the grill and close the lid. Cook until the ears of corn begin to char and caramelize, about 5 minutes.
Turn the ears so that the other side starts to caramelize. Cook for another 6-8 minutes with the lid on until kernels are tender-crisp.
Pull corn off the grill and transfer to a platter. Season with more Everyday Seasoning, scallions, and cilantro.
