During the summer, I basically only want to eat big bowls of fruit or large platters of tomatoes. This fruit salad topped with lime, salt, and Piment d'Ville is our ode to Tajín and mango on a hot day.
Ingredients
-
3 cups cubed watermelon
-
1 1/2 cups cubed pineapple
-
2 cups cubed mango
-
2 cups cubed papaya (optional)
-
1 cup peeled and cubed jicama
-
4 teaspoons turbinado sugar or brown sugar
-
1 lime, zested and juiced
-
1/4 teaspoon Piment d'Ville
-
Flaky Sea Salt
Directions
Combine all the fruit in a large, shallow serving bowl.
Add sugar, lime zest, and lime juice to fruit and toss gently to combine.
Season with Piment d'Ville and a few pinches of Flaky Sea Salt. Serve immediately.
