Shipping policy

We ship all domestic orders via USPS, UPS, or UPS Surepost. With constant rate changes by the carriers, tiered incentives, and ever changing rules, we work hard to find the most economical yet expedient way to get our product to your doorstep in great condition.

Our goal is to ship all orders placed before noon Pacific the same day. Please have mercy on us during our harvest season (late September - November), and holiday. We're a small team of 4 doing our best to get things out to door ASAP. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns. We monitor our email during the week and can provide updates to shipping addresses or make changes if needed!
