Last year we partnered with Cellar Door Preserves in Grand Rapids, Michigan to make a strawberry and Piment d'Ville preserve that was, well, delicious. After a chat this winter we decided not to repeat that product (shipping from Michigan to California wasn't cheap), but we've worked with a commercial kitchen down the road to bring you an equally delicious product we're excited about!
