Corn with Chile-Lime-Honey Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1 TBSP honey

  • 1/2 tsp Piment d’Ville or any of our chile powders

  • A bit of lime zest and a squeeze of lime juice

  • 6 fresh ears of corn

  • Flaky salt to finish

Directions

  1. If you want melted butter to drizzle on corn: melt butter and chile powder of choice in a small pot over low heat. Add honey and lime to the pot and turn off heat. Mix ingredients together. Drizzle over cooked corn on the cob and sprinkle with salt.

  2. If you want a spreadable butter for corn: stir honey, lime, and chile powder into room temperature and softened butter. Once fully mixed, spread on your cooked corn and sprinkle with salt.
