There's nothing quite like a perfectly ripe melon draped with prosciutto. My Italian grandfather used to have the two on the table together after most meals in the summer and fall. When I started working at the Boonville Hotel, this became a summer staple.
Ingredients
Directions
Slice melon into long wedges and arrange on a plate.
Drape slices of prosciutto over the melon.
Scatter mint over the prosciutto. Squeeze the lime over the plate to hit the prosciutto and melon. Garnish with a few pinches of Piment d’Ville.
